Life After
The Split.

"The end of a marriage is not the end of you."

Navigating
The Void

When the dust settles, you're often left with a mix of grief, relief, and terrifying freedom. Who are you now, without the partner label? It's time to clear the rubble and inspect what remains.

01. Grief

Honor the loss without letting it become structural damage.

02. Identity

Rediscover the parts of you that were dormant or forgotten.

03. Vision

Draft the blueprints for a life that feels undeniably yours.

Not just "Moving On"

It's about moving through. It's about taking the scattered pieces and using them as raw material for a structure that is stronger, taller, and more resilient than what stood before.

What I
Work On

Next Chapter

Clear goals, practical steps, and accountability to build a life that fits now.

Scope

Coaching is not therapy and not legal advice. It’s a forward-focused process to help you rebuild structure, boundaries, and self-trust.

Divorce & Transitions FAQs

Quick answers to common questions.

Do you work with women who didn’t want the divorce?
Yes. I make room for grief, anger, and uncertainty while also supporting practical next steps. You don’t have to pretend you’re “fine” to rebuild your life.
Can coaching help if the divorce is still in progress?
Yes. Coaching can help you stay grounded, set boundaries, and make decisions with self-trust while the process unfolds. Coaching is not legal advice.
Do you help with co-parenting boundaries and communication?
I can work with you on boundary scripts, emotional regulation, and decision filters so you communicate clearly and protect your energy. If you need mediation or legal counsel, I’ll encourage the right referrals.
What if I’m stuck between grief and relief (and feel guilty)?
That mix is common. I’ll help you normalize it, reduce self-judgment, and focus on what stability looks like for you in this season.
Will coaching replace therapy or legal advice?
No. Coaching supports growth and implementation. Therapy supports diagnosis/treatment and deeper clinical needs. Legal advice should come from an attorney.
How do sessions work (virtual vs in-person)?
Virtual coaching is available. In-person options may be available locally depending on fit and scheduling.
What if I’m not ready to date but feel pressured?
I’ll help you focus on your timeline—not anyone else’s. The goal is self-trust and values-based choices, not rushing to prove you’re “over it.”
